We know that the best way for new teachers to learn is through collaboration with other teachers who are just like them. We offer practical professional learning opportunities and guidance on building your skills so that you can succeed right out of the gate as a teacher. We also have networking opportunities so that you can connect with other new teachers who are going through similar experiences and share ideas about how to make it work!

Our main goal is to assist you in your journey as a new teacher. We provide various supports and services to ensure your success. We have designed a program that offers three options to help you fulfill the SCECH requirements in your initial three years of teaching. This program will enable you to earn credits while gaining valuable skills.

Enrolling in the New Teacher 专业学习 Modules is a fantastic opportunity to earn credits. These modules are interactive and engaging, tailored to meet your unique requirements. Upon completing the program, teachers can earn a maximum of 90 SCECHs (30 SCECHs per year). These modules will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive as a successful educator.

Another option for earning credits is to attend our New Teacher Dinner and Dialogue event, where newly qualified teachers in years 1-3 can connect. 在这次活动中, you can share your experiences and best practices and receive support from peers in similar positions. Attending this event can earn teachers up to 10 credits per year.

Our coaching program offers a third way to earn credits. It is designed to provide personalized support to pre-service and new teachers who need guidance.
